Hello my name is Kristen, owner of Valley Girl Co. I started Valley Girl in 2015 and we've been a dedicated Gluten-Free kitchen since I opened my bakery in Centre Hall back in 2017. I personally have Celiac Disease and wanted to offer the World your favorite sweets and savory items but gluten-free. I started out just making custom cakes and baked goods, but since have added many food items. Gluten-Free doesn't have to be Taste Free.
